**Relatives stand with the
newly repositioned
Crimean War Stone
**with the work done, hopefully
this stone will stay preserved
for many years to come.
Four years later it is still in
beautiful shape standing
straight and strong.

**Paul & Bruce are placing
a sealing compound on the base
which will keep moisture from seeping
in between the base & headstone, which
can freeze in cold weather & cause some
serious sliding problems
**preventative step taken, saves many hours
of repositioning againSep 30, 2010

**stone in position, being lifted
**a very slow process
**No Room for Mistakes Now

and break a chunk out of itSep 30, 2010

**the stone is being manipulated
and adjusted to try and lift
**many hands are involved to make
this lift a success with no damage
being done to the headstone or base
and allowing it to be lifted in total safetySep 30, 2010
