GRAVE MONUMENT RAISED
NICHOLAS DUMAS
who died Dec. 30, 1902,
at the young age of 53 yrs.
**Grave Stone now stands
straight and solid after being
raised from deep in the soil,
where it was not only sinking,
but was tipping at a quick rate.
**find this stone in
Old St. Anthony's inside the circle

**this took about 1 ~ hour to complete

GRAVE MONUMENT RAISED
**this monument has been prepared
for raising, by digging the soil from
around the deeply sunken base.
**this one will be gently raised with
long pry bars and filled with gravel
under the base and around it,
as it is slowly
built up to the desired height
**covered and blocked off to prevent
anyone accidentally stumbling into the
deep hole

in place on it's newly restored
base.

sealing compound

the 2 edges and keep the rain
and ice out for some years
**thus preventing the pieces from
separating and sliding apart

into this compound to seal the edges
