it is engraved such person was

Noting the verse, makes it noteable

* Note the extremely heavy old base on top of the large
old monument broken off at the bottom. Since that
monument was "Flipped upside down" we could
not view the text on it. Might be other monuments under it.
Since the base on top weighed probably 100 kgs,
we could not slide it off to get a better view
