The McKenzie Cemetery
Virtually nothing is known about this cemetery except for the following. It is now completely destroyed. It's location has probably been found again as seen on the map. It is only a very few meters on a 45 degree angle South from the South corner of the building lot. (Combination of family memories and dowsing to prove this.)
Bill Vanderveeken mentions that his sister remembers the name Effie McKenzie from a tombstone and also thinks that it may have been ploughed over around 1948-49. It had been neglected and just a large weedy area and highly rodent infested.
Memories of old monuments existed into more recent times but those monuments seem to be long gone now.
