The property is owned by Lorne Mitton and no entry should be made without his consent.
Children buried under the oak tree back of the House on the McDonnell Place.
Two children are daughters of Uriah Lamport, ESTER age 9 Mary Ann age 7.
They died in Woodstock and were brought in a wooden box and buried under the oak tree when the land was still covered with bush.

George Lamport, (Mrs. McDonnell’s father) was born 1836, died 1925.
His sisters were older than him so they must have died about 1840..
