Mrs. Peter Courtney who had been sick for some time, passed away last
Thursday at her home in Oakdale. The remains were brought here on Saturday,
the services being held in the Methodist church, by the Rev. Mr. Johnston, of
Dawn Mills. Deceased was in her 83rd year. The remains were interred in the
Phillips Cemetery. The sorrowing friends and relatives have the heartfelt
sympathy of this community.
