Quote "There was a cemetery on the Shadd farm which I believe would be Lot 2 Concession A of Raleigh however all of the stones have been removed and it is farmed over. I think it would have been a very small cemetery as most of the early Shadds were buried at Maple Leaf or in North Buxton. Apparently,this was on the easterly side of the farm, near the fence row and not quite half way between the 7th and 8th line." End of Quote
